Online reservations will be made for tables of 10 guests only.
Starlight staff will call to confirm all reservations and tickets will be sent to the table contact person approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
Individual tickets are $180 each, guests to be seated at a table of ten with other individual ticket holders. Please call Brian Bringolf at (514) 764-9675 to purchase tickets; we ask that you do not fill this reservation form for individual tickets. It must be used for full tables only.
